Which skills will you learn
Analysis and Synthesis
While analysis is about breaking something apart and looking at the pieces individually, synthesis is about putting ideas and information together to see an overall pattern how things come together.
Keen observation skills
If you have a keen eye or ear, you are able to notice things that are difficult to detect or in other words you have a keen eye for detail
Connecting the dots
"Connect the dots" can be used as a metaphor to illustrate an ability (or inability) to associate one idea with another, to find the "big picture", or salient feature, in a mass of data. It can mean using extrapolation to solve a mystery from clues, or else come to a conclusion from various facts. Connecting the dots requires advanced synthesis skills to connect both related and unrelated data and see the big picture.
Presenting the Insights
Presenting the insights requires the above skills plus understanding of human psychology. After drawing the insights, the marketer needs to present them in a crisp format, be it orally or in PPT.
